What if I have trouble logging in?
If you have a paid Diamond Christ Alignment subscription:
- If you cannot log in with the username and password you chose earlier, click "I forgot my username and password on my computer." Enter the requested e-mail address for your subscription. Your username and a temporary password will then be e-mailed to you at that address.
- Once you have received the new temporary password, we suggest that you replace it with a permanent password by logging in and going to My Account.

For those who have received a Gift Subscription or have signed up for a Free Gift Pass:
If you have not yet redeemed your Gift:
- Go to our Home Page at https://www.diamondalignment.com/
- At the top right of the Home Page, click "Log In".
- On the RIGHT-HAND SIDE of the Log In screen, enter your Gift Subscription Number that you received in your confirmation e-mail, and then below that, click the Enter button.
- When you reach the Gift Registration screen (after the 2-minute Preview), you will create a username and password that will be used for all future visits (see next section).
- Click the SUBMIT button to continue to the 6-minute Diamond Activation.
If you have already redeemed your Gift, please do the following on future visits:
- Go to our Home Page at https://www.diamondalignment.com/.
- At the top right of the Home Page, click "Log In".
- On the LEFT-HAND SIDE of the Log In screen, enter your username and password, and then below that click the ENTER button to continue to the 6-minute Diamond Activation.
